UIC signed a supplementary cooperation agreement with the Swiss Education Group (SEG) on 14 February 2023.

With the agreement, UIC students can enjoy IELTS exemption and exclusive scholarships when applying for admission to the four postgraduate programmes of SEG. The group will also provide UIC students with a priority review and selection channel, and teachers of the group will hold public classes for students and teachers at UIC.

SEG currently operates four hospitality schools: César Ritz Colleges Switzerland (CRCS), Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland (CAAS), Hotel Institute Montreux (HIM) and Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS), all ranked in the top 8 hospitality programmes in the world QS Rankings.
UIC's cooperation with the Swiss Education Group has lasted years. They are determined to cultivate interdisciplinary talents that fulfil the needs of the future and contribute to the development of the Greater Bay Area and China by constructing a better environment for Hospitality Management.
