The Natural Science Fund of Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation has released the funded list with four UIC teachers selected.
They were Dr Chai Junyi of the Faculty of Business and Management with his project on the stress-driven behavioural decision, Dr Chen Donglong of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) on quantum-resistant lattice-based privacy computing system, Dr Fan Wentao of FST on high-dimensional spherical data cohesive clustering algorithm and Prof Wang Tian of FST on key technology of cooperative edge intelligence.
