UIC's exhibitions of academic achievements across disciplines

Multiple exhibitions have been held at UIC recently to display students' academic achievements.

The School of General Education (SGE)'s Student Coursework Exhibition showcased over 200 pieces of works in various forms, including calligraphy, poetry, oil painting, Chinese painting, silk enamelling, ceramics, musical instruments and more.

UIC senior management members, including Provost Patrick Chau, Vice President (Administration) Prof Mao Yaqing,  Associate Vice President (Student Development) and Acting Dean of School of General Education Prof Stella Cho, cut the ribbon for the exhibition

Faculty of Science and Technology (FST)'s Twelfth Science & Technology Poster Presentation was co-organised with the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Interdisciplinary Research and Application for Data Science. More than 100 research reports from undergraduate and graduate students in eight programmes and 11 student works that won prizes in domestic and international competitions were displayed, many of which focused on social issues such as infectious disease control, home education, cancer diagnosis, etc. Experts and scholars from academia and industry outside UIC were invited to the exhibition, communicating with students to improve their research.

A programme of the School of Culture and Creativity (SCC), Culture, Creativity and Management, had an annual exhibition themed on "FUSION" to present students' creativities with forums, sharing sessions, concerts and more than ten exciting events.
