UIC President Prof Chen Zhi lunch with students

Lunch with President is a tradition at UIC that aims to nurture students' healthy growth and promote open communication between faculty and students in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Prof Chen said that he hoped students could share their feelings and offer suggestions through this activity so that teachers could listen to students’ demands and answer their questions, and work together to build a better campus life.

Students and staff discussed multiple issues, including the student internship activities, teaching equipment, fixed assets storage of clubs and more, putting forward their views and suggestions. When responding to the issue of storage of clubs' equipment, senior staff said that the second-phase campus has been planned accordingly, and emphasised that the construction of the campus will fully consider the actual needs of the students.
