An IELTS test could be held at UIC on 18 April if enough students register, the Centre for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) announces.

A survey about students’ willingness to attend such a test has been circulating. This survey ends on 15 March. The British Council will decide four days later whether UIC will become an authorised site for this popular academic test, based on the survey results.

In an announcement from CAPS, the potential UIC IELTS test site will affiliate with the Shenzhen location and allow a maximum of 200 attendees. This means students will no longer need to go to Guangzhou, Shenzhen or another city to take the IELTS test.
