UIC participated in the ED-EX 2008 on 5th-6th July, 2008, in Hall 7B, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wanchai. This was the second time that UIC took part in the Careers and Education Expo. UIC's booth was visited by many parents, secondary school principals and teachers as well as students and more than a dozen applications were filed during the Expo. A promotion seminar was presented by Prof Vincent Kwan, Chief of UIC Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office, in the afternoon of July 6 , attracting an audience of more than forty people. Parents and students had also registered to visit the UIC campus in Zhuhai in the near future.
