On March 3rd, we had a visit from Prof. Steven G.W. Li, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Regional Director (East Asia), and Dr. Claude W.P. Pehrson, Director of Curriculum, Learning and Quality at Middlesex University. We had a meeting and talked over collaboration between UIC and Middlesex University.
The meeting mainly discussed the collaboration on summer/ winter courses and the exchange student and articulation program. Prof. Kwok also stated that the two universities could collaborate on an International Journalism course and a Cinema and TV course, which are very new in China.
This meeting provided both universities with a good opportunity to know each other better, and was a good opening for future collaboration.
