Liu and her fellow students gradually adapted to the English-teaching and internationalised environment, and became comfortable communicating in English in class. UIC's curriculum setting enables students to explore interdisciplinary knowledge, to which Guo Lingyi from the Media Arts and Design Programme agreed.

She said the College provided them with courses highlighting theories and practice, helping them find a career path they were fond of and suitable for.

They learned to effectively plan their schedules and prioritise tasks to cope with these demands. Such ability would be helpful in their future careers and personal lives.
