One of the initiators of the Sapling Plan Prof. Nancy Wu from the CTV program at UIC said the success of our students shows that we are no worse than other students from Sun Yat-sen University or other famous universities. The achievement of our students made a good promotion of the brand of UIC.

She further pointed out that a growing number of mobile phone users are considering the 3G mobile phones, which means a big increase of demand for short video clips, as well as more channels for the publication of short films produced by students. She encouraged UIC students to take part in this kind of competition to advance to professionality.
