Over the past year, the Centre has gradually established a technological transformation platform with enterprises as the main body. The centre recruited more than ten domestic and foreign experts and professors, in addition to investors with a wealth of financing experience in many industries to help with scientific research and project implementation.

As of the third quarter of this year, more than ten companies have been incubated at the centre, covering many fields such as artificial intelligence, biomedicine, creative culture, and the Internet of Things. The industries involved include computational mathematics, education informatisation, knowledge payment, medical imaging, molecular diagnosis, medical cosmetology and three-dimensional vision. It has successfully declared a total of 16 intellectual property rights for incubating enterprises and has attracted a total of more than 21 million yuan in financing.

Relying on the strong support of Zhuhai Hi-tech Zone for technological innovation, combined with the academic foundation of UIC, and the enthusiasm and hard work of many outstanding UIC graduates, the centre has gradually obtained cooperation invitations from exceptional enterprises in the industry, as well as attention from high-quality entrepreneurial teams and projects.
