UIC's Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) hosted the second Innovative Teaching Contest in February.

VP Prof Huang Huaxiong gives a speech
Vice President (Academic) Prof Huang Huaxiong mentioned in his address that the number of participants was two times of the previous contest. At the presentation section, each teacher was given ten minutes to explain the course desgin, highlighting teaching reform and innovation.
The audience members
Dr Sun Lixin, Director of Higher Education Research Office at Guangdong Academy of Education, was one of the judges of this contest. The judges ask questions about the course and score the teachers' teaching philosophy and objectives, content, process, method, curriculum, etc.
