UIC achieved notable success, winning one first prize, two third prizes, and three excellence awards at the Guangdong Province University Student Computer Innovation Competition cum Cross-Strait and Hong Kong, Macao University Student Computer Innovation Competition.

The competition was divided into two tracks, undergraduate college and vocational college, attracting a total of 64 colleges and universities and more than 300 teams to participate in the competition.
Additionally, in the 25th Guangdong-Macao Student Information Technology Innovation Competition, UIC students won two second prizes, two third prizes and one Outstanding Collective Science and Creative Education Achievement Award in the Smart Manufacture Innovation and 3D Artificial Intelligence Innovative Creative National Defence Challenge Project Competition.

UIC receives Outstanding Collective Science and Creative Education Achievement Award
Covering a wide range of areas, including digital creation, computational thinking, intelligent innovative manufacturing, and intelligent robotics, the competition attracted 909 schools and 1,828 teams from Guangdong and Macao.
