The 20th issue of the UIC magazine, New Dimensions, has just been released, highlighting its most recent advancements and successes in top-tier education, with a special focus on the continued evolution of liberal arts education.
The magazine is comprised of three sections. The Features section showcases UIC's recent efforts and progress in expanding its global collaborative network, recruiting international talent and creating a diverse and unique liberal arts educational environment for students.
The section of The College and I is comprised of UIC graduates' stories in pursuing further study at top schools such as Oxford and Cambridge, as well as Harvard, and interviews with our Vice President (Academic) and Executive Director of Institute for Advanced Study Prof Zhou Yongming and the expert in aviation and aerospace Prof Shan Xiaowen, presenting the university's fruitful outcomes in talent cultivation and the development of liberal arts education.
Campus Matters has listed the achievements and inspiring insights from UIC's faculty, staff and students, like UIC inaugurated Prof Chen Zhi as its third president and UIC's tech collaboration with the Guangdong government and the Hong Kong Baptist University.
