Students and their interest clubs put on a variety of creative performances for new students at the “Start from Here” New Students’ Welcoming Party on the evening of 24 September. These included band shows, guitar performances, dances, cheerleading, and a blend of traditional Chinese and western musical instruments.
Certificates for student volunteers of the New Students’ Orientation and for outstanding interest clubs were presented by UIC President Prof Ng Ching-Fai, Vice President Zhang Cong, Associate Vice President Prof Lilian Kwan, and the Managing Director for Financial Planning and Development, Mr Nelson Chan.
