The LOI signed between SFU and UIC hopes to be the first steps in developing stronger cooperation in the future. These activities could include the development of study abroad opportunities, the development of collaborative research programmes or projects, and the exchange of scholarly publications, information, and faculty, staff, or students.

UIC’s motto “In knowledge and in deeds, unto the whole person” and SFU’s vision of ‘The Engaged University’ will pave the way for a fruitful agreement in which knowledge and individual development will work together to promote community and international development.
