Susquehanna University seeks cooperation

Another possible cooperation took a step forward as Susquehanna University came to UIC to explore opportunities on 6 March.

Susquehanna University is a co-educational, private liberal arts university in Selinsgrove, in central Pennsylvania, US. The academic programmes fall into either the School of Arts and Sciences or the AACSB International-accredited Sigmund Weis School of Business.

Representing Susquehanna Univeristy during this visit were the Dean of the Sigmund Weis School of Business and Professor of Economics, Dr Matthew Rousu, along with the Dean of Global Programs, Dr Scott Manning.

UIC Vice President (Academic Affairs), Prof Chen Zhi, as well as the Associate Vice President, Prof George Wei, welcomed the guests from Susquehanna University.

Prof Matthew Rousu also gave a speech about the value of free social media to the Division of Business and Management (DBM).
