
A Ngee Ann Polytechnic representative communicates with UIC students
A delegation from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore visited UIC to explore collaboration opportunities from 14 to 16 March.
They were Ms Serene Koh, Director of International Office; Mrs Lek-Lim Geok Choo, Director of the School of Engineering-Electrical Engineering; and Mr Lionel Lee, Senior Manager of International Office.

The Ngee Ann delegates met with Prof Mei-hwa Sung, Dean of DHSS; Prof Stephen Chung, Dean of DST; Prof Aaron Chiu, Interim Dean of DCC; Dr Katharina Yu, Director of IDO; Ms Mei Li, Assistant Director of IDO; and Ms Jennifer Lin, Assistant Director of FPECO. They discussed potential immersion programmes, staff and student exchange as well as entrepreneurial activities at UIC.

In addition, the delegation visited Beeplus in order to explore the entrepreneurial potential of UIC alumni. They also attended the rehearsal for the 2017 UIC Enactus Regional Competition as well as an entrepreneurship activity for UIC students that was organised by FPECO.
