Nanyang Technological University seeks ties in business programmes

Guests from the Nanyang Business School of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore came to Zhuhai to explore cooperation opportunities with UIC on 10 November. The visitors were the School’s Associate Deans Dr Low Buen Sin, Dr Low Kin Yew, Dr Valerie Du Toit-Low and Manager of its Undergraduate Programmes Office Nicholas Ee.

After meeting UIC President Prof Ng Ching-Fai and Vice President Prof Zee Sze Yong, they learned about the status quo of the college from the Director of the International Development Office, Dr Katharina Yu. They then had further discussion with Prof Stella Cho, Dean of the Division of Business and Management (DBM), and directors of all the business programmes.

The guests were treated to a pack of programmes including visits to the House of Shedao (Chinese archery), the House of Qin (guqin), the Shadow Puppet Drama Pavilion and the QP Resource Centre that was established by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and DBM.

Nanyang Technological University began to attend UIC’s International Postgraduate Education Fair in 2014, and has opened its summer programmes to UIC students.
