Dr. Zhang further explained the advantages and disadvantages of British higher education and discussed how to form a model of human resource analysis when applying for British universities.

“To choose overseas study and plan a career path, you should be active and rational, in my opinion, and be the CEO of yourself,” Dr. Zhang said. He also emphasized that motivation was the core element of a successful career.

Dr. Zhang believes that the purpose of study is to work, and the essence of work is to study. Work and internship experience can be helpful for overseas study application.

He thinks that several international companies tend to recruit graduates/postgraduates without work experience because it is easier to for them to inculcate their culture to apprentices, and besides, differentiation in future career planning is one of the key factors in job recruitment.
