Class cancellation
To align with the latest arrangements announced by the Zhuhai Meteorological Bureau, class cancellation has to be further extended to tomorrow (13 May 2022) in view of the heavy rainstorms.
Change of make-up class arrangement
A recent survey conducted by the Student Court reflected that many students opt for more flexibility for make-up classes. The make-up class arrangement is thus updated as follows:
(1) For classes originally scheduled for 11 May 2022, make-up classes will be arranged on 14 May 2022. For classes originally scheduled for 12 May 2022, make-up classes will be arranged on 21 May 2022. For classes originally scheduled for 13 May 2022, make-up classes will be arranged on 22 May 2022. The corresponding class arrangements including class schedule and venues will stay the same;
(2) For classes which can be conducted online, teachers and students are suggested to explore for alternative make-up class arrangement [i.e. other than those mentioned in point (1) above]. Mutual consensus between the concerned teacher(s) and ALL the students in class are required, apart from reporting the case to the corresponding teaching unit and the Academic Registry for record purpose.
