UIC signed a three-year cooperation agreement with Huafa Education Group on 17 November 2022 to support the well-being and growth of children in the Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, Guangdong.

UIC President, Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences Prof Tang Tao, said that UIC cultivates internationally competitive talents and encourages students to take social responsibilities. It has established partnerships with many social work teams to benefit the wider community, and its students have actively participated in various public welfare activities.
UIC students participate in voluntary activities
President of Huafa Education Group and Secretary General of Zhuhai Yung Wing Education Foundation Ms Ge Zhihong, said that UIC and the Group both share the same vision of education: whole-person education, national anchoring and international orientation. She looked forward to more mutual communications between the two parties.
According to the agreement, UIC and Huafa Education Group will collaborate in faculty training, local talent cultivation and more to improve children's education quality in an integrated atmosphere.
