Dr P M Kam discussed practical issues in group consolidation at UIC on 17 April. In his lecture Dr Kam included cross-holding and determination of fair values in business combinations.
Dr Kam has over 40 years of experience in the accounting profession. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Reporting Council in Hong Kong.
The lecture was organised by the Division of Business and Management.
