26 January 2007, Representative from Saint Mary’s University visited UIC On January 2007, Mr. Bill Bu, a representative from Saint Mary's University in Canada, visited UIC and gave a talk to students.
First, Mr. Bu played a short video which showed the life in Nova Scotia, in easternmost Canada. Then he introduced Saint Mary's University's history, location, faculty and most attractive programs. Our students were very interested in Student Exchange Programs and an Articulation Program and raised many questions concerning admission requirements, language requirement, and choosing programs. So far, dozens of students have applied for their Student Exchange Program, some of whom will go to Saint Mary's University for further study next academic year.
