Group leader Ser Shaw Hong, who used to teach at UIC and now is assistant professor of the Thai university, and his students were welcomed by the director of the International Development Office Dr Katharina Yu at the Fung Sun Kwan Lecture Hall.
After watching a short video introducing UIC, the guests from Bangkok listened to a lecture “How universal insights build cross-cultural brands” and interacted with speaker James Ebel, associate professor of Public Relations and Advertising at UIC. As the founder and president of CenterBrain Partners, Inc., Mr Ebel related his industrial experience to the audience in a theoretical way that can help boost the effects of brands.
