Ten UIC scholars listed in world's top 2% scientists

Stanford University scholars have recently released an update of the World's Top 2% Scientists list, in which ten UIC scholars were selected.

They were: UIC President and Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Prof Tang Tao, Vice President (Research and Development) and Dean of Graduate School Prof Jia Weijia, Prof Wang Qing-Guo from the Computer Science and Technology Programme, Prof Xu Baojun from the Food Science and Technology Programme, Prof Adolf K.Y. Ng from the e-Business Management and Information Systems Programme, Dean of the Division of Business and Management Prof Liu Wenbin, Prof Wang Tian from the Computer Science and Technology Programme, Associate Professor Dr Cang Shuang from the Statistics Programme, Associate Professor Dr Luo Zongwei from the Data Science Programme and Prof Yu Hongnian from the Computer Science and Technology Programme.

The result shows that the ten selected UIC scholars have made a high impact in and outstanding contributions to their research fields.
